TG Stamping and Machining Limited is one of the UK's most experienced hot forging
companies, producing a wide range of brass, copper and aluminium products for
companies of all sizes across the UK and overseas.


We manufacture high quality, non-ferrous products to customer specification and volume requirement.
The company's traditional markets include plumbing, marine, electrical, gas and oil supply industries
and architectural hardware. In addition to these traditional markets, we have also established ourselves
in the leisure, medical and hightech industries.

Jon Norton
Jon Norton
Sales and Marketing Director

Jon has strong sales and marketing experience in engineering,
founded at Companies such as Coram, Stephen Betts & Sons and
Bulldog Tools. Jon joined the forerunner to TGS in 2008. He now
heads the sales and marketing function at TGS and is supported
by a small, knowledgeable office and field based team.


Ady Goodman
Ady Goodman
Operations Director

Ady began his career as an apprentice at Dunlop Aviation.He then
gained further experience at the tool maker Stanbeck Engineering
in Nuneaton. In 1991 Ady entered the stamping industry when he
joined what became the Leslie Group. This business was later amalgamated with Guest Brass Stamping to create the business that is now TG Stamping and Machining.

As Operations Director and along with his team Ady now has
responsibility for all production, procurement and operational matters.

Emma Kelly
Emma Kelly
Finance Director

Emma is a highly experienced finance professional who started in
audit practice before moving into industry. Building her career in
the manufacturing, engineering and automotive sectors within the
Hoerbiger group and subsidiary company, Origa, where she was the
UK Finance controller. She has also previously held senior financial posts including Group Financial Controller at a listed PLC and is an FCCA.

Vic Ensor
Vic Ensor
Managing Director

Vic has a wide experience in manufacturing and Engineering
businesses, having held senior posts in businesses such as
Triton Plc, Coram and Fredrick Woolley. Vic’s experience has
been in finance and general management. He was previously
Managing Director of the forerunner of TG Stamping and
Machining Ltd.

John Lomer
John Lomer
Chairman

John started his career with KPMG in London before moving
into industry. He has experience in a wide range of
businesses from Aerospace to advertising, Telecommunications
and food manufacture. He has held a number of main Board appointments including Group Finance Director at Finsbury Food Group Plc. He has particular interest in corporate finance, restructuring and acquisitions and has interests in a number of companies in a variety of sectors.
